Ate at DUET recently with family - what a wonderful idea! We really were spoilt for choice: I had rosemary-flavoured lamb cutlets followed by chicken albela - a great combination. The rest of the party similarly alternated Italian and Indian starters - which made for a fascinating and delicious meal. We'll definitely be returning soon. Thanks very much DUET!

The food at Duet Cuisine, Birmingham was exquisite. A fabulous treat. And the offer was terrific value for such quality. My feeling throughout was that here was a highly talented and skilled group of chefs that just couldn't do enough to impress and please. Lovely and inspiring original art work in the background. A great choice of Italian and Indian. Fine to the point of perfection but filling too. I would go there again and highly recommend it.

Duet Cuisine, Fort Dunlop, it was our first time at this venue and we could not fault anything. The service was excellent and the food was the best we had in a long time. We had the italian lamb chops and the indian masala fish for our starters, both were delicious. For the main course we had Filetto Rossini steak and chicken Shahi Korma, both dishes were cooked to perfection.Well done, lovely atmosphere friendly service and wonderful food, Thank you all very much, will be back!

Duet at Fort Dunlop. I have eaten here a few times and have found the food to be pleasant. On this paticular visit I ordered The deep fried prawns in batter as my starter, which are a favourite of mine. I was not dissapointed they were cooked just right. For my main course I ordered the chicken in a gorgonzola sauce. The was chicken was moist but swimming in sauce. Desert menu was a little dissapointing with a choice of icecreams or cheesecakes.Great ambience but the food lets it down

Review re Duet Cuisine in Birmingham I dined there with three friends .The starters were all excellent .The main courses were only reasonable .For instance my friend and i each requested a fillet steak medium rare ; we both thought that each steak was more rare than medium rare. My partner had a penne lamb dish but they brought a penne beef dish at first; when they brought the correct dish the lamb was sparse and very thinly cut - a real disappointment. The desserts were pre-packaged

The resturant itself is plesant in the surroundigns and the staff were polite and attenative. The food was average for the indian menu and not very well doen for the itialian menu. We had a mixture of both menus and felt the indian menu was better made. I would not say it was the best experience I have had but it was not the worst either. I think it would have been nice to have a reduced menu and for them to concentrate on getting that better ratehr than offering so much choice.

Very well laid out dining area from where you can view the kitchen. The first time I have been to an Italian/Indian restaurant and hopefully not the last. I had chicken tikka which was 1st class for starters followed by risotto. This was tasty, but the chicken was diced almost microscopically. Wife and children stuck to the Italian menu and voiced their approval. I had creme caramel for dessert. It appeared not to have been freshly made, but tasted good. The service was superb throughout.

Im usually dubious about restaurants serving 2 cuisines, and seeing as how the chefs were all asian i stuck to Duet's asian menu, and was pleasantly surprised. All the dishes had great flavour to them and adequate portions. All for a reasonable price. I will go back.
