We love the cosy dining room at Piccolo's, which boasts an open fire and is decorated with terra cotta coloured walls, plaster cherubs and vintage bottles of wine. The staff here are delightful, as is the menu, and the kitchen specialises in fresh seafood direct from the Billingsgate market. We love the Tuna Alla Siciliana steak sautéed with olives, capers and white wine; the Spaghetti di Mare with prawns, mussels and clams in a garlic and tomato sauce; and the classic lasagne with Bolognese and Bechamel sauce.
