If you’ve heard the name before it may be because local lass Catherine Zeta Jones popped in with husband Michael Douglas during a visit to her home town, but don’t think that @Adam’s has got A-list ideas above its station. No, this is very much a neighbourhood restaurant with a friendly, bustling feel, serving mainly local foodies their signature European meets British menu. With its affordable menu – just £18.95 for two courses every evening – and the option to bring your own wine (though the extensive wine list is excellent) you won’t need a Hollywood pay packet to enjoy an evening here either.
