Don Camillo Creations restaurant has had many chefs at the helm over the last decade, but none has excited the locals like Marc Laville. Laville has injected a much-needed energy into the kitchen and has created an exquisite and innovative menu that has the local foodies buzzing. Located on the rue des Ponchettes, Don Camillo Creations has a light-filled dining room with chic contemporary furniture and plum-coloured walls, but the real star of the show here is the cuisine. Laville is renowned for his creativity, and signature dishes include the banana risotto, the foie gras poached in coffee, and the chocolate soufflé served with eucalyptus sorbet. The restaurant also has a very reasonable wine list.
