No 27 Talbot Street, Belfast. Pleasing cocktails to start as we scanned menus and winelist. We both had scallops to start - very well balanced sauce, not overpowering the fish's subtlety. Perhaps just a few seconds too long in the pan, but really very good. Cod for her, steak for me - both faultless. Sorbet was first rate, cheese board the only disappointing element. Reasonable winelist, very good service.
