    Waterloo Bar & Grill is the perfect destination in which to enjoy breakfast in comfort, grab a quick lunch, pre-theatre or simply indulge – the restaurant offers affordable food right in the heart of the vibrant SE1 Southbank arts and cultural scene. Best known for their steaks and burgers, Waterloo Bar & Grill also have healthier options like grilled fish and salads, plus full breakfast menu and sandwiches alongside the al a carte menu at lunch. The staff provide great service and an uncomplicated menu that is full of your favourite dishes in modern stylish surroundings. The restaurant is a quiet space and separate from the vibrant and busy cocktail bar. Conveniently located across the road from the Old Vic and Waterloo Station. A short walk to Young Vic, IMAX, Royal Festival Hall and The National Theatre. They can accommodate groups of up to 25 in the restaurant and 60 in the private room.

    Good deal at the Waterloo Bar and Kitchen - once seated service was flawless and food delicious. A few issues getting the table on time as theatre over the road was having a late start which meant other diners were not vacating their tables. But were given bread and olives to keep us going.

    Pre theatre service was poor with not enough staff on a busy night, had to chase to be served and to get all our order served at once. The food was fine, although over priced for basic fair. The ambience of the restaurant was good and they have a nice area to have a drink before a meal. Considering their proximity to the Old Vic, you would think they have never heard of a pre theatre meal.

    Waterloo Bar and Grill is a great place to head to after work. The food and service is always delightful and the lively atmosphere is such an added benefit!
