Bleu Bistro Moderne is the third Dublin-based venture from restaurateur and award-winning chef Eamonn O’Reilly. This airy bistro-style restaurant, located in Joshua House on Dawson Street, has floor to ceiling windows, chocolate leather banquettes and dark wooden furniture.
