About Il Gustoso

This fresh and modern Italian, on Blythe Road in West Kensington, will have you hooked . The spacious interior, with clean lines, wooden floors and a huge floor to ceiling window combined with the down to earth staff, make Il Gustoso restaurant immediately inviting, the a perfect place for long, lazy lunches. The restaurant is still often full in the late afternoon, and fills up early in the evenings with couples and fashionable locals. The traditional fare is fantastic, popular dishes include the penne Americiano, the delicious selection of anti pasti and the Neapolitana pizza. Don't miss the delicious panna vanilla pudding.

Il Gustoso near Hammersmith, London. Looking for Italian restaurant before a show at the Appolo. 10 minute stroll situated on a corner of a busy road. Nice table by the windows, service was friendly and appropriate despite we were the only diners between 18.00 and 19.20. Food was simple, tasty and well presented with a nice ambiance. Pity nobody else to create the 'buzz'

Il Gustoso based on Blythe Road was a great find. We went on Friday night and the restaurant with a nice buzzy atmosphere. We ordered a couple of pizzas and desserts with a bottle of wine. The food was lovely and tasted like real homemade italian food and prices are very reasonable. The staff were friendly and attentive even though it was busy. The chef himself was very welcoming -talking with all the tables. We Will definately be going regularly and would certainly recommend!

food was pretty ordinary, but staff were attentive and the environment was lovely and relaxing. The menu was too big, and as a result I dont think the dishes fulfilled their potential.
