The food at the Aria Restaurant, is beautifly presented and exudes all that is impressive about the Hyatt Hotel. Plus, service was impeccable. However, there's more style than substance. My wife and I felt that flavour was missing from our Starters and the Mains. My Salman roulade (a starter) was overpowered by Dill and the Bacon that came with me wife's Ceaser salad was too dry. The dessert of Chocalate Tart with Bread icecream was exquisite.
