Jason Gallagher's award-winning restaurant has 36 covers suitable for all manner of corporate and private events such as Christmas parties, birthdays and get-togethers. Intimate weddings can also be held here. 12 is the size of the largest group that can be sat around a single table. Parties of 14 or less can dine a la carte. Your guests will be very well looked after by Gallagher's professional team.

Up and coming chef Jason Gallagher has done a fine job in turning the former haunt of local 'celebrity' chef Juliet Lawrence Wilson into a luxurious showcase of his own exciting style of Modern European cuisine. The basement space really is a lovely little restaurant for a romantic meal or special occasion. Black-painted walls decorated with modern art work well with plush golden upholstered chairs, thick white table linen and fairy lights to create an especially intimate atmosphere. Gallagher works with fresh, seasonal ingredients so the menu often changes, but the offerings are guaranteed to be indulgent and of the kind that feel like they're a real treat to be eating. Perfect service too.

This is a lovely restaurant, with the charm of a small place without in any way being cramped. The menu is small but offers a good variety of choice and the meals we ordered were extremely good. The service was attentive and friendly. We tried this restaurant because of the reviews it has had, and are very glad we did!

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at The Stockbridge Restaurant in Edinburgh. The food was beautifully presented, very tasty and good value for money. The restaurant is cosy and comfortable
