About Isola del Sole

It's a mouthwatering prospect! At Isola del Sole, lunch and dinner will guarantee you delicious, healthy and genuine Sardinian food. Massimo and Susanna from Italy create a continental-style restaurant with a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. It must be the way they turn simple ingredients like fresh tomatoes, olives, garlic, mozzarella, basil and oregano into a wonderful range of home made pasta dishes, starters and mains. Round it all up with a slice of home made cake for dessert and a few glasses of vino from the range of fantastic Sardinian wines.

A very popular little Sardinian restaurant just off the high street. Always seems to be busy, especially later in the evening. Lovely atmosphere. Relatively small menu but does good, simple, tasty pasta.

Eight of us had dinner to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The food was excellent and the service was very good. It's a nice small restaurant and authentically Italian, or rather Sardinian. It was a bit warm where we sat in the back corner, but to be fair it was a very warm evening. Definitely recommended and I would return.
