About Notting Hill Brasserie

Local residents and celebrities mix freely at Notting Hill Brasserie on Kensington Park Road. This homely neighbourhood restaurant - formerly three Edwardian town houses - consists of a series of six small warmly lit dining rooms. With classical décor, African art, custom-made armchairs and nightly live blues and jazz filtering through from the cocktail bar, Notting Hill Brasserie is one of a kind. The roast cod fillet served with braised oxtail encompasses all that Notting Hill Brasserie’s modern Mediterranean menu is about. Everything is just (perfectly) so - the décor, the atmosphere, the staff, the food and drink, the location - nothing has been left to chance. The result? A genuinely special place that effortlessly makes you feel pretty special too.

Lovely dinner with 4 friends. Drinks at the bar which ran over the time for out table booking-- they happily switched us to a different table. Good wine and food. Great for friends or with a date.

There was lack of attention, though we were on a very quiet lunch. Plaice was a bit too oily, but otherwise very nice. We were not offered the bread when starters arived and we couldn't ask for it as a waiter was not in a room until we finished starters. Staff very firendly!
