56 North in Edinburgh is a bright bar / restaurant. The food is simple, decent and good value, but constant pop music and poor acoustics makes it a noisy experience.

Lunch at 56 North (West Crosscauseway, Edinburgh) was excellent yet again. Great choice especially the flatbreads, burgers and salads. Service was also 1st class.

We all enjoyed the food however, I would like to say that the haloumi and strawberry salad was rather lacking in haloumi.
