Please not that although managed by the Cipriani family, this is not the Harry's Bar.
If Venice is a theatre, the Cipriani, home to Cip’s Club, is the royal box. This elegant yet informal restaurant was originally created for the two Palazzi of the Cipriani, the Vendramin and the Palazzetto. Within easy reach of the Piazza San Marco, Cip’s Club offers splendid views of St Mark’s Square – celebrated with artworks depicting this, one of the best views in Venice, hung on the walls of the restaurant. A terrace stands in front of the dining room, channelling the look of a private yacht, appropriate for a restaurant offering a private landing for several boats. Executive chef Renato Piccolotto has been at the Cipriani since 1970 and now creates the honest, luxurious Venetian dishes which Cip’s has become known for.
