An imaginative mix of stylish and informal, the restaurant is an impressive space featuring an open deck and a conservatory - creating the perfect location, whatever the weather. The kitchen team, headed by David Edward, brings experience from all over the world. The regularly changing menu features traditional English dishes with a twist and all produce is sourced locally, with the fish and shellfish caught and delivered fresh from the day boats at Hove. For some reason the restaurant thought there were only going to be two of us, when if fact we were a party of six, but they immediately took charge and sorted a table for us- even though they were busy. We all thought it was excellent value, great food and lovely place.Our friends who live in Brighton said they will make it their regluar place to eat- having not been previously!!!

The Seattle in Brighton Marina is good value for a Sunday Lunch menu. An excellent location with good views over the Marina.

The view over the Marina is lovely and as there were only two of us we managed to secure a table by the window. Food was of good quality and value for money, (we had the 3 course set Sunday lunch at £15.50.) and there were a good selection of wines. Would definitely return (hotel do a special weekend package which includes £40 worth of restaurant vouchers ) and would definitely recommend.
