Party & group booking

If your idea of a perfect group event involves lots of different wines, chosen with enough finesse to impress oenophiles, accompanied by modern Italian cuisine, then Enoteca Turi should be on your short list. The owner is in the kitchen, while the foodie-folk out front swoon over the food. Different wines are recommended for each dish, and a small private area can be reserved to seat up to 28. The whole restaurant can also be hired, seating up to 100, or accommodating up to 140 standing. The atmosphere is modern, rustic sophistication and it's a good venue for stags and hens, corporate entertaining, and birthday and holiday celebrations. The menu includes starter of Mediterranean veg platter with fava bean puree, pasta of ravioli filled with butternut squash and scamorza with fresh tomato sauce, main course of panfried calves liver with butter and sage, and potato and leek mash, and pud of tiramisu.

We say…

There are those for whom a meal at Enoteca Turi is nearly as good as a meal in Rome. Owner Giuseppe Turi is in the kitchen, whipping up dishes like warm salad of girolle mushrooms with focaccia di Recco, pastas like black and white tagliolini with seafood, mains like breast of duck with braised radicchio, roasted pumpkin and balsamic reduction, and puds of Tuscan chocolate cake with pine nuts served with plums. Next to each dish on the menu is a bin number, indicating the perfect wine to accompany each course, and each of the recommended wines is available by the glass. If you want to make your own choices, then get stuck into the 300-strong wine list. The decor is modern and airy with Tuscan-toned walls and a relaxed feel. The service is not your usual huggy Italian, but then, some people prefer it that way. A wine-lover's haven.

A great spot to celebrate a birthday. Attentive service and pleasant surroundings. I can reccomend the crab and chick peas with spaghetti and the braised rabbit with dumplings was wonderful. Not somewhere to eat every day in these cash strapped times but worth it for that little extra something

As always the food at Enoteca Turi in London is superb. One can easily choose any of the dishes on the menu, whether it;s a starter, pasta or main. And, we love the ability to pair individual wines with each course-- agreat opportunity to try range of wines. A few niggles let down the total experience: a miserly basket of bread for 5 people (and we had to ask for more); service was a little slow at times but it was a busy saturday night.
