Housed in a 16th Century building in the historic town of Horsham, Restaurant Tristan opened in 2008 and has been a firm favourite with local foodies ever since. Inside, original wooden beams contrast with contemporary style to create an intimate setting for lunch or dinner. Chef and Proprietor Tristan Mason worked in top restaurants like The Greenhouse and Mirabelle before becoming Head Chef at The Hare where he achieved his first Michelin Star. The menu at Restaurant Tristan is predominantly British with some creative French influences, with dishes like terrine of pheasant and turbot with truffle risotto taking centre stage. Ingredients are locally sourced wherever possible and the extensive wine list is designed to complete this truly unforgettable dining experience.

A visit to Restaurant Tristan in Horsham for our wedding anniversary was rewarded with an evening of fine food and pleasant, attentive - without being overbearing - staff. We can thoroughly recommend the wood pigeon and duck starter, and the Daube of beef and the Rack and shoulder of lamb were cooked to perfection. Rounding it all off was an interesting and varied selection from the cheeseboard. All in all, a very pleasant evening and a restaurant I will certainly be visiting again.

Restraurant Tristan, Horsham, excellent quality restaurant and easily the best restaurant for fine food in the centre of Horsham. Good venue, service and staff.

I cannot recommend Tristan's of Horsham enough!! We have eaten in some nice restaurants, but this is now one of our favourites. The service was professional, but very personable and friendly. The menu displayed enough choice and variety. Food presentation was superb and the flavours unsurpassed. Portion size was just right and my wife would recommend the banana tart tatin as the best dessert ever! We will be back. Thankyou.
